SaaS Agreement

Effective February 1, 2024

This SOFTWARE AS A SERVICE AGREEMENT (the "Agreement") is entered into as of the Effective Date, by and between you (the "Customer") and VirtuSpa, Inc. ("VirtuSpa") a Delaware corporation with offices at One Nashville Place Nashville, TN 37219. VirtuSpa and Customer may be referred to herein collectively as the "Parties" or individually as a "Party."
