Product Manager

Lead the innovation journey across AI-powered tools for aesthetic practices. As Product Manager, you'll guide the strategic direction and execution across our product suite, including our interactive virtual consultation model, smart scheduling assistant, intelligent calendar, and automated chatbot. We partner with medical spas, dermatologists, and plastic surgery practices to simplify workflows, enhance patient experiences, and drive practice growth through elegant, AI-enhanced solutions. What You'll Do:

• Own the product vision: Define and drive a holistic product strategy that aligns with our mission to modernize the client experience in aesthetic care.
• Lead with insight: Conduct deep discovery with providers, staff, and end users to uncover pain points and opportunities. Translate insights into actionable product priorities.
• Drive cross-functional success: Collaborate closely with design, engineering, marketing, and customer success to deliver intuitive, scalable, and impactful features across all VirtuSpa products.
• Innovate with AI: Bring practical and delightful AI-powered experiences to life, whether in scheduling, virtual consultations, or automated client interactions.
• Execute with agility: Manage the entire product lifecycle—from ideation and validation to launch, iteration, and performance optimization.
• Measure and adapt: Define success metrics, track performance, gather feedback, and rapidly adapt based on real-world usage and business outcomes.

What You Bring:

• 4+ years of product management experience, ideally in SaaS or healthcare tech
• Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional projects and ship high-quality products
• A strong sense for product design and user experience, especially for non-technical users
• Analytical rigor with a data-informed mindset and comfort with experimentation
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with a collaborative approach
• Experience with AI features, virtual tools, or healthcare operations is a plus
