As a Client Success Manager, your mission is to ensure our clients—medical spas, dermatologists, and plastic surgeons—are thriving, engaged, and supported every step of the way. You'll be a strategic partner and advocate, guiding clients from onboarding through growth. This role blends proactive relationship management with data-driven insights and a deep understanding of the unique challenges in the aesthetic care space.
What You'll Do:
- Own the customer journey: Lead onboarding, training, and long-term relationship management for a portfolio of practices.
- Drive product adoption: Help clients successfully implement and leverage the full VirtuSpa suite—including the virtual consultation tool, scheduling assistant, calendar, and chatbot.
- Be a trusted advisor: Identify client goals and create success plans tailored to each practice's workflows and growth strategy.
- Monitor engagement and health: Use usage data and client feedback to track satisfaction, identify risks, and recommend next steps.
- Collaborate across teams: Provide customer insights to product and support teams, and contribute to scalable resources and playbooks.
- Champion retention and growth: Execute account reviews, upsell value-added features, and ensure renewals through consistent value delivery.
What You Bring:
- 3-5+ years in customer success, account management, or client-facing roles in a SaaS or healthtech environment
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven ability to build and maintain long-term relationships
- Experience creating training materials or conducting client education
- Analytical mindset with the ability to turn insights into action
- Comfort with CRM tools and customer success platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Gainsight)
- Bonus: familiarity with med spa or clinical practice operations
